Rebuild basement!

Good day everyone!
The night between Sunday and Monday, I got 10 cm of water in the basement. Everything was basically soaked. Half of the basement has a regular concrete floor, the other half (lounge) has a wooden floor. The house was built in the 70s, i.e., they laid ordinary wooden beams directly on the concrete slab, with insulation, plastic, and wooden flooring in between. :S There are also wooden beams and gypsum in the walls.
Now I want to do it right from the start. I'm thinking of switching to foam plastic and tiles on the floor and possibly metal or plastic beams in the walls, insulating with foam plastic, and finishing with a cement board. At least up to 30 or possibly 50 cm from the floor.
Does anyone believe in this solution for future floods?
Grateful for opinions.

polish walls, tile the floor with a 10cm skirting of tiles .... if the next flood comes, it dries quickly and without the need for decontamination . one isolates basement walls like all other walls ---from the outside. gaia

I drained the entire house 6 years ago and in connection with that, quite thick cell foam was used; I can't remember the thickness. Now when I am tearing down, I find insulation in the walls.

Great, then the walls are already insulated in the right place (i.e., on the outside). I agree with Gaia - just plaster on the walls and tiles on the floor, and you're prepared for the next flood.
