I need to raise an existing concrete wall by about 20 cm.
The wall is about 3 m long, 1.5 m high, and 20 cm thick.
I have absolutely no experience with casting so I'm unsure about:
How do I attach the rebar to the existing wall?
Anything else I should consider to make it work well?

what does the existing wall look like.... does it have damages/cracks. do you have any picture, is that wall used today to withstand any masses?

The wall is in good condition, it is just barely 2 years old. It has no cracks or damages and is completely flat on top.
The wall has clay/soil on one side.
I was thinking of drilling 20 cm deep holes, filling the holes with pl600 and then pressing down the rebar.

Expander concrete, absolutely not PL600, if you are going to drill into existing concrete and then cast rebar. The principle is the same as, for example, according to this brochure when casting bolts, etc.:

If you use 8mm reinforcement, aim for twice the size when drilling; if you use thicker reinforcement, you might manage with not fully double the size, depending on which expansion concrete you get and how coarse the material is in it.
