Anyone in the Stockholm area who has purchased good wood for facades and can give tips? I would prefer a late-grown pine from north of Mälardalen and not some storm wood from Småland. Maybe there are good possibilities to buy outside Stockholm and have it delivered? I need about 225 sqm plus battens and studs for the additional insulation.

I have bought my facade timber and a whole lot of other timber from Lissma såg (now BeijerBygg in Lissma/Skogås). I have always perceived the timber from there as very high quality. I know that prior to the Beijer integration, there was an intention to retain their traditional purchasing channels for timber, but I don't know if they are still committed to this.
