Hello,
In some of the rooms in my basement, wallpaper has been applied to the walls. I'm thinking of removing this and instead painting with silicate paint.
The walls are made of concrete hollow blocks and then plastered.
However, newspaper has been glued on and then the walls have been skimmed and wallpapered.
I plan to try and get to the plaster. How should I proceed? Anyone with experience?
