Plug for cellular plastic/polystyrene

Hi!

I wanted to check if anyone here has a good tip on how to best attach a batten to a wall consisting of plaster and then foam/styrofoam. Is there a particular type of plug for this? Maybe an expander?

Doesn't sound like much to attach to. Surely the wall should consist of something sturdier?

It sounds like you need to find the studs inside the wall and attach to them.

maybe there aren't any studs, like facade... You might need to do it like in a ceiling with plaster on reed, get long screws that go through the foam and attach to the frame. Use plugs if it's a cement-based frame.
