Plaster on horizontal studs, how?
I follow Kinglace's suggestion with horizontal 45 studs at cc600 (or 450 depending on board size) and the inner board will be OSB. The outer board Gypsum.
Does it matter if I place or lay the OSB board? It should work either way, same for the gypsum board.
With OSB underneath, can you ignore that the short ends do not have a stud behind them (long end if I stand them up)?

If you have vertical 145 and horizontal 45 and intend to have raw wood paneling inside the plasterboard, do you then set the raw wood paneling vertically? You have to do that to make it work but "in my head" I have always seen the raw wood paneling lying down...
Pär, you're hijacking the thread
Tongue and groove boards must obviously be vertical on horizontal studs because the boards are narrow. OSB, on the other hand, is large.
Can anyone answer my question?

One way to join panel joints is to cut approx 50 mm wide pieces of thin plywood, which are fitted standing between the horizontal studs. In this way, you can screw the panels together without noggins, which in this case would create thermal bridges.
Is it really necessary when you have the bottom layer with OSB and on top of this staggered plasterboard?
