I just wanted to double-check here. I'm planning to plaster this wall with C-bruk. Is it the right choice? Or have I missed something?

  • A rough interior wall with peeling paint and visible cracks, considered for plastering with C-mortar for renovation purposes.

You need to find out if it is lime or mortar first. If the house is old (100 years), there is a fairly high likelihood it is lime mortar. If it is new (40 years old), there is a fairly high likelihood that c-bruk is suitable.

As I understand, lime mortar can be used on cement, but not cement mortar on lime.

It's cement and leca blocks behind. But maybe lime mortar would be more suitable?
