Planning to erect an internal wall 120 cm wide with an angle of 50 cm inside the front door to hang outer clothes on.
I'm now wondering how to do this since I have laminate flooring that ideally shouldn't be nailed.
Can I glue the sill (I believe it's called that) or is it enough to simply attach to the wall and ceiling?

Hello!
How large is the hall?
Thin laminate flooring?
If it were my floor, I would screw
a metal strip fastened at the bottom with a short mounting screw.
If it’s short enough, it won't screw the laminate down
into the subfloor.
You might get different answers depending on who you ask (as usual).
A hard laminate doesn't move much compared to solid wood flooring.

Best regards, Putte

I drilled holes in the laminate with a wood drill to reach the chipboard, then I placed spacer bushings in the holes with a beam on top and screws through, this way it rests on the chipboard and not the laminate. (The drill holes were, of course, larger than the spacers to allow for some movement margin.)

Do you have underfloor heating?
If so, consider the spike/screw depth.
