Building a new prefab house where we have a 1.5sqm pantry in the kitchen.
It will be cooled with free cooling year-round to about 15-18 degrees.
The interior wall construction in the house is drywall, particle board, 45mm wool insulation paroc 1303, particle board, drywall.
Do I need a vapor barrier in this construction? If so, where should I place it? Between the insulation and the particle board on the warm side?

No, you don't need a vapor barrier, there's no reason, if you were cooling it more (like, refrigerator temperature) then it might have been sensible, the vapor barrier would then be placed on the outside of the pantry (inside the chipboard towards the rest of the house). However, this would also require a completely sealed door, otherwise it would be pointless.
