Has anyone made an effort and obtained price comparisons on these?

Contacted Dorocell via email for a price quote and they called back within 30 minutes!
According to them, the forms cost about 250:- per square meter of finished wall. They were going to send more information so we can see what’s coming.

Yes, that was a great question! I've tried to get a bit of a handle on this, but it seems difficult here on the forum.

I would like to have an approximate price per m2 for the following:

Ytong: ?
H+HCelcon: ?
Hebel (German Ytong): ?
Lightweight clinker concrete with insulation (Leca): ?
Lightweight clinker concrete prefab. full wall (Leca): ?
Palikka: ~1200kr/m2
Pre-fab concrete elements (incl. plaster): ~1040kr/m2 (Sweli)

Best regards, Stefan
Now I have received price information for H+H Celcon Celblock:

Celcon Celblock 300 mm is about 340 :-/m2 and for 365 mm about 410:-/m2. The price for 25 kg adhesive is about 70:-

Prices come directly from H+H Celcon.

Of course, beams, floor beams, plaster etc. are also needed. But naturally, this is also true for the other systems.

Hello Anders,

I'm asking... What are your experiences with Palikka houses and the construction method?

What are the difficulties? How do you handle intermediate floors (wood or concrete)?
How do you fix the holes for windows and doors?

I continue to ask:
How do you attach the plasterboard internally? The other competing systems either fix metal studs or wooden battens where the plasterboard is screwed in.
What about fire safety? When you look at American systems, they are treated with flame retardants so that they do not catch fire, otherwise, EPS tends to burn quite well.
What about shape stability? In other systems, you brace while casting to prevent shifts.
Other questions: Have you tried any other similar construction methods? Comparisons with other building methods?

(had to go in and do some spellchecking, but it seems Anders wasn't too keen on answering)

Is there anyone who has more experience with Palikka or DoroTherm.....
I'm interested in these systems!!!
