How do you view the following constructions? Interested in a house with the following setup:

Cross-section of a wall construction plan with layers including timber panels, mineral wool, OSB, and gypsum boards, detailing dimensions and materials. Diagram listing roof and ceiling construction details including concrete tiles, battens, and vapor barrier. A roof diagram with a 28-degree angle, showing ventilation structure and layers like OSB board and vapor barrier in a house construction context.

I see an advantage with OSB board behind gypsum (more durable construction and better support, etc...). A wind barrier board should also be more reliable than, for example, a fabric, right?

Regarding the roof, I'm unsure - YAP 2200 is a vapor-tight felt. This should mean that the spaces below must be ventilated. That is, air should be able to enter through the eaves and into the attic space + possibly vents on the gables?

It looks OK.
We have a similar structure for the walls but with 45x170 and not 45x195. It's not the strength that dictates this but how much insulation you can fit. (we also have wind barrier and not gypsum and plasterboard and plaster on what they call batten, not wood paneling)
Regarding ventilation in the attic, they should have an air gap against the closest part of the paneling where the loose fill otherwise seals, and then ventilation at the ridge. We chose a type of "corrugated" Styrofoam that was easy to cut and nail up against the paneling between the trusses. Initially thought of using laths and Masointe but found the Styrofoam sheet convenient.
We have loose fill made of "paper" and not fiberglass, so we have a vapor-permeable membrane in the ceiling and not plastic foil.

OSB and gypsum make it stable to screw things into when putting things up on the walls. We also have it in the interior walls, a bit less sound insulation than double gypsum but sufficiently good from that perspective for us.

The counter battens for the roof tiles should be 25x35.

Yes, there should be ventilation but... if it is a good builder, that is taken for granted. Likewise, wind deflectors and insect nets.

We bought the house and will take possession soon. It will be exciting to see if the mentioned roof structure contains the customary air gaps. I've understood that this is not always specified as it is often taken for granted (an odd practice, I think).

If the roof is not ventilated, then the structure, in combination with the diffusion-tight paper YAP 2200, is incorrect unless you have a variable vapor barrier from the inside. Compact constructions (part of the roof) require the right type of paper. Otherwise, you have two tight sides that do not allow, for example, construction moisture and any penetrating water. Have I understood this correctly?
