In preparation for the upcoming kitchen renovation, we want to determine whether it is possible to open up the wall/widen the doorway between the kitchen and the dining room. We do not want to take down the entire wall but would like to widen the door opening by approximately 10 centimeters in both directions. The villa was built in 1979 and is one-story. The wall section is oriented opposite to the trusses, which I understand may indicate that it is load-bearing. I have also understood that certain types of trusses are self-supporting.
Can someone kindly assess what type of truss we have?
Trusses:

Without a section, it's just guessing, but that wall could very well be load-bearing as the first diagonal on the left half looks a bit thicker and has a slightly smaller inclination than on the corresponding side. Measure in the trusses and the opening and maybe you'll get lucky that the opening falls between two trusses.
According to the description, load-bearing interior walls are 5 cm deeper (wider?) than non-load-bearing ones. Is it correct that you have two different depths/thicknesses for the interior walls? In that case, it should be easy to determine what is load-bearing. I would guess that the wall you want to create a larger opening in is load-bearing.
