When I set up the bargeboards, I just measured based on the tiles on the left side of the house as viewed from the front. Now that I was about to start laying the tiles from the right side, I discover that they build up more on that side. These are clay tiles and I assume it's actually obvious since they overlap each other. Now I have bargeboards that are 1.5 cm too low. I absolutely have no desire to move them at this point. Can I come up with another solution? I was considering placing a spacer on them that is then covered by the fascia board.

How far down does the fascia trim extend on the fascia board? Isn't it sufficient and can you screw the trim into the side of the fascia board?

You're on the right track, split to a distance that you nail/screw on top of the wind boards. Make sure the metal sheets reach far enough to cover the joint, and it will be great anyway!!

Exactly, and the wind board sheet can be made by a sheet metal worker to fit your measurements :p

I simply added a third wind board of 22x95 that sticks up just enough. It actually looks quite okay and a bit fun to stand out from the crowd.
