Old grout?

Hi, I bought some bags of flytfix at Bauhaus. But the stuff isn't setting and I'm starting to worry if they've sold me old fix!

Is this the manufacturer's date at production?
It says it lasts 12 months.

Bauhaus sold me old Combimix self-leveling compound. It took a long time to cure and became very blotchy, which didn't work since the compound was to be used as a surface layer. I emailed Combimix, who confirmed that my issues were due to old compound, which has a shelf life of 6 months. Bauhaus handled the complaint well; I got my money back, new compound, and they lent a mixer to remove the bad compound.

I had to negotiate a bit to get that offer.
Their first one was too bad and I didn't accept it...

Update!

I have now been in contact with Bauhaus and they have agreed to a full refund as well as compensation for the material I tried to attach.

Extremely satisfied with their customer service and quick response! 😄
