Oak strips/bars ala "fine carpentry" are they available?
A few years ago when Coop Bygg existed, they had a stand with several lying paper tubes where you could find nice thin oak moldings (and pine?) in different profiles, about 1 meter long. Unfortunately, I've never seen a similar selection at any other building supply store. Have you? (The moldings are not for regular rough carpentry at home but more in a fine carpentry style, e.g., for creating panels on your doors)
The hardware stores seem to have completely stopped with "nice" moldings, they have like 3 different profiles, lots of plastic, MDF with veneer and similar... Sad.
But I visited a place that sold "real" moldings last week. I don't know if they have what you're looking for, but they have a good selection...

What dimensions do you have in mind?
I happened to think of model building stores, where all the strips are usually in one-meter lengths. They may not have oak, but most often pine and mahogany.

It has admittedly been a few years since I looked for such moldings. But back then, they were available at Bauhaus, Hornbach, and Ekesiöö. At the latter, you can cut the moldings and only pay for what you need.
