A junction box is hardly a well-ventilated space.

Or well, as it is now at our place when cold air blows in that way, it's extremely ventilated. But usually, it is not.

Feels like they just made a product sheet to cover all the rules.

I should probably use mineral wool and stuff it into the conduit connections as best as I can, since nothing else really withstands high heat. At least not as far as I can think of.
