Good! I find it hard to see that ARN would come to another decision than to recommend a refund for the cost of the floor. With such good documentation from your side, it feels clear.

As for additional costs that have arisen, it's a bit harder to predict...
 
Over 1 year it took until a decision came.
Have appealed the rejection of painting/wallpapering as the board seems to have missed that documentation regarding that part was submitted.

Otherwise satisfied with the outcome and can avoid lying sleepless over this.

Byggmax followed the ARN's decision and paid out every krona that the ARN thought I was entitled to :)
