We are going to divide the garage with a wall, so that one part will be living space (corridor, about 4 sqm). The garage is currently not insulated (a lot of draft through the garage door), but it has a heater. How should we build the wall and do you think we should have a vapor barrier on the floor? We were thinking of laying parquet flooring on the concrete slab. What should we consider regarding the construction of the wall?

Take roofing felt and build the wall on it, so you avoid rising damp in the wall. Otherwise, it's probably just a matter of building according to all the rules of the art.

Well, maybe not always so simple.
If you're sure you have a really dry concrete slab, in all seasons, then that suggestion works.
It can be dry enough if it's built with cellular plastic insulation underneath and/or it's on very well-drained ground, and if you don't too often introduce moisture to the slab in the part that will remain as a garage (frequently drive in a rainy/snowy car + possibly car washing).

Otherwise, you should probably consider the slab as a damp construction, and then I think that, for example, a platonmat that allows the moisture to vent out to the sides can be a good insurance to avoid unpleasant little organisms under your new floor.

As for the wall, it's built as a loading dock says, a "regular" construction.

Decide what thickness you want for the studs, nail/screw a sill of that dimension to the floor (with sill paper underneath) and a similar stud under the ceiling, then standing studs throughout the wall.
Consider the remaining garage as the exterior, you probably don't need wind paper here either...
Then insulation, plastic, and interior wall material.
Against the garage, you may not want a wooden wall; gypsum or metal or whatever you want there will do fine.

Enclose your new living space with plastic inside the insulation, be sure to seal all small openings as carefully as possible.

The thickness of the insulation is optional, and if you want to cross-brace (your own electricity bill).

I am attaching a schematic of a wall (from www.traguiden.se)
Feel free to read more there and on Paroc's website, most questions will be clarified.

edit: poor quality on the image, so I changed it.

Don't forget that the separating wall must be sealed against any possible car smell (gasoline exhausts, etc.), so make sure to plastic wrap thoroughly there as well. Maybe also consider some moisture protection at the bottom of the wall on the garage side.
