Is it completely risk-free to insulate on the inside then? You are moving the dew point further into the wall.
Good question, I was wondering about that myself actually. The wall is cast concrete with brick on the outside. No idea about the insulation or anything similar. Does that mean you have to use plastic, or should you skip insulation? Considering that the exterior walls are generally cold, I think insulation would be an advantage in terms of warmth.

if there is already plastic, you should not add more plastic because you trap everything between the plastic if I'm correct, however, I have seen people who have added plastic 2 times. if you don't insulate, you will get a very hollow wall when it comes to sound.

Yes, the other walls on the upper floor are steel studs with gypsum on both sides, and it's like a big acoustic box, I want something solid, hence why I thought about insulating, the heat effect felt like a bonus.

Regarding whether there is plastic today, I have no idea, actually.

Anyone know whether plastic is needed or not? According to the drawing, the wall is concrete on the inside and façade brick on the outside. The inside is then sparsely plastered/puttied and then wallpapered.
