I have stripped out the dark brown-black moldings from the 80s house and will be installing new ones in white. But it seems nearly impossible to find what I want. I would like some very simple, narrow shadow moldings like in this video:

But all the shadow moldings I see at the construction firms are much wider.
Aren't there any simple, plain, sleek crown moldings anywhere? I'm decorating in a style that doesn't match with ornate carvings and intricate moldings...
