I have some considerations on whether to use metal studs or wooden studs in the ceiling and floor. The advantage is that it's easier to attach the other studs to them, but how about when I need to install ceiling and floor moldings? Do they attach well?
I am planning to put OSB on them too, so maybe it will be adequate as support for the brad nail or?

I believe that baseboards hold well enough in drywall consisting of OSB/drywall and metal studs. I usually notch in the nail a bit, and I think it works excellently. But it's clear that screwing definitely holds better.fahlis said:
