Hello everyone,
I have purchased a 50-inch TV that weighs about 35 kg.
I plan to hang the TV in a corner. One wall is made of concrete and the other wall is made of plaster.
My question is, if I make a homemade mount and attach four screws to the concrete and four to the plaster, do you think it will work?
I will make two mounts. The shape of these will be like a triangle. In each triangle, four screws will be attached. Two in the concrete and two in the plaster.
What do you think about that? Will the walls be able to handle the load?
The TV has a width of 126 cm.
Thanks for your help in advance.

4 Molly can easily support your TV's weight even on single drywall, with a good margin. Expect about 15-30 kg in vertical load capacity for each Molly with a safety factor of 3.
Now, there will be some leverage effect if you want to have the TV in a corner with an arm extending to the TV, so you might choose to drill and anchor into the concrete wall. You could probably hang the whole extended family on such a mount if you have sturdy screws and anchors.
My 47" Samsung is hanging on 4 Molly with a mount that sticks out a bit too much from the wall, but otherwise, the cables wouldn't fit. A silly design with the outlets on the back instead of downward-angled ones a bit higher on the back. It hangs stably. My daughter has hung on it :wow: and it worked fine.

You can mount a larger plate in concrete or in the plasterboard or both. Then, in that, mount an ELEFANT.
I personally use

/// netonnet Media Mount wall mount universal 30-50 inch single-arm
In case the link doesn't work.
Which you can tilt plus or minus 90 degrees! Why make it harder?

Thomas59! Out of curiosity, which wall mount do you have? I have a similar problem as you with all the connections on the back of the TV in the middle. It has proven not to be easy to find a wall mount that works!!! I've found this one now that I hope and believe will work.. Netonnet Universal Wall mount Tilt. I don't really need a tilt function, but it supposedly extends 10 cm from the wall, so I should manage... I've seen that with some wall mounts spacers are included, but you have no idea which ones...
