Hello there best forum
Here comes a question. I am going to attach 2 Bestå shelves from IKEA to an interior wall in my apartment, that is 2*120 cm. The interior wall is a stud wall with drywall and reinforced in the middle to hang a TV - however, the reinforcement doesn’t go all the way, so the screws on the edges will only be attached to the regular drywall. I've tried googling a bit but I’m not entirely sure how this mounting should be done.
The shelf will be mounted with a total of 8 mounting points as each shelf has 4 mounting points, with one on each outer edge and two in the middle. Do you have any good tips on anchors I can use for the mounting points that won't be attached in the reinforced part of the wall? I’ve considered adding a beam underneath but still need to know how to mount it in the drywall. Perhaps someone here has that experience.
To clarify further, I can tell you that on the shelf there will be a 50’’ TV and also some storage in the cabinets (the TV weighs about 18 kg). So, hit me with your best tips!

In the outer edges, you use expansion plugs. They come in various sizes. If you're going to put it in drywall, I think it's the plug that can be loaded the most.

How do you know there is a reinforcement in the wall and what is the reinforcement if so? Is it a stud or an elongated plate?

okay, thanks. I will look at it tomorrow. It is plywood, a board that is centered on the wall where the bench will go up.
