Hello
I put up two guitars on a wall at home and got a bit concerned when the screws just spun, but since the guitar seemed to hang stable, I left it as it was, which worked well initially. After a while, I noticed that one of the guitar hangers started to come loose from the wall, bulging out. I then unscrewed the screws, 3 of them, and pulled out the plugs to insert thicker plugs and longer screws so that it would sit stable, but again the screws just spun. However, the guitar is still hanging stably for now, but I obviously don't dare to leave it hanging there unsupervised given what happened last time. I can also inform you that it's only one of the hangers that's causing problems, and they are hanging on the same wall. I don't know what the material is called, but it's very porous.
So I'm wondering what I can do now, is it possible to fill the holes in some way and then drill new ones, or is it completely hopeless? What options do I have?
Very grateful for an answer.

Well, I'm quite an amateur, so I'm not really sure what to say.
But it is at least an interior wall, if that matters, and as I said, I don't know what the material is called, but it's very loose, not concrete. The screws are 5x60, but I see that it should really be 6-8mm to fit the plug, maybe that's the problem then.
