I'm going to put up a mirror that weighs about 15 kg and only has a mounting for ONE screw. The walls are made of OSB and gypsum. What kind of screw and size should I use? It must be ROCK SOLID, it cannot fall down!

This is what the mirror's mounting looks like:

I usually use something similar to this when handling heavy items

Preferably it should be a gentler screw since it's wallpaper. Also, isn't an expander mainly for drywall?

expander should work well if there's osb too but it should be for double drywall
otherwise, a coarse-thread wood screw should also work
try with wood screw first

Tips on coarse-thread wood screw? How long etc.? Also thinking so that the head is correct? I assume it should be flat?

Works for other sheet materials as well.
A regular wood screw with the maximum diameter that fits the hanging will hold.

Approx. 40mm should be good.

Assembly screws have flat heads and would probably work well in your case.

Ok so this screw will fix it?

Are you sure? The mirror weighs about 10kg. It wouldn't be good if it fell.

Yes, I agree, if you have OSB behind it, it will stay.

Package of 10 round head wood screws, size 5.0 x 40 mm, for mounting a wall clock in a newly wallpapered living room with plasterboard and chipboard walls.
It turned out quite fitting when I saw which screw I chose to put up a wall clock in the living room after re-wallpapering. Gypsum + particle board in the interior walls.

Here is a good picture that gives a sense of how much a wood screw can withstand in different wall mountings. The original poster can then consider how calmly he wants to swim or how difficult it should be to sleep at night.
Test results diagram showing the load-bearing capacity of different wall materials (STABIL, OSB, Plywood) and their respective loads in kilograms using a wood screw.
