Mount OSB on horizontal studs.
That's correct. However, not 320 but 335mm (unless the glesen is inserted under the osbn, then it becomes about 323mm).
If you don't want to reshuffle the framework, just measure from the existing wall to the middle of the other glesen.
As mentioned, it should be 335mm or 323ich, and you would still start with a middle cut, so you'll contribute that waste to the learning account. But if you have cc 300, you'll still get a 300 piece to use from your 900 board. So it won't turn out too bad in the end. The problem would have arisen more if there was a requirement to start with a 900 board from the start.
=)
It's easy to forget to think ahead, it happens even to experienced carpenters occasionally.

Don't make it harder than it is.
If I interpret your blurry image correctly, it looks like the center is at 330mm.
Start by using a chalk line at 330mm if it's cc or whatever measurement you have for cc.
If you want to make life a bit easier, cut the side panels 5mm narrower. That way, it doesn't matter if the wall bulges a bit since you have a 5mm gap from the drywall to the wall that will be covered by the wallboard.
One should build simply and make it smart for oneself. Now don't forget to chalk line on the rule at 330cc and then chalk line at every 900mm. That way, you'll get it straight and neat.
Then start by placing the whole 900 boards after the chalk lining. Lastly, do the side pieces at 325mm. Then everything will fall into place perfectly.
