I am planning to make an apartment in the house and therefore need to fireproof the ceiling. The Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning's requirement for a minimum height of 240 cm is causing me problems. According to, for example, Gyproc's guide, you need 2 Gyproc F 15 mm gypsum boards, at least 45 mm mineral wool, and wooden beams of at least 170 mm (height). This would lead to a lowering of the ceiling by about 20 cm. (Total height around 222 cm including what is required for the floor)
Doubtful if the municipality will grant a dispensation. Is there any other way to achieve El60 but with a lower ceiling reduction?
