Hello,

I have built a lecamur around the property and have been pondering for a long time what to have as a top. After a visit to Skåne (where this was common), I have decided on a metal covering. The only dilemma is that this seems to be incredibly difficult to find prefabricated.

Has anyone seen this anywhere?

Regards, /H

A tip is to check with sheet metal roof manufacturers and look at ridge flashing. If that doesn't appeal to you, you can always contact the local tinsmith who can arrange a covering for you.

It doesn't cost much to buy from a tinsmith. I bought custom-made window sills and it only cost slightly more than the ones you buy in standard sizes. They bend such things very quickly.

Copper sheet is incredibly stylish on a wall when it weathers and develops a patina. BUT copper isn't cheap, so if it's a long wall, it probably costs an arm and a leg.

there might be another problem with covering with copper sheets, it probably won't stay in place for long
copper is often stolen a lot around the country unfortunately
