Then it might be good if the base plate goes down into the gutter to protect the fascia board.

Yes, that's correct, very poorly executed work!

Do you have the possibility to take some more photos. Is there a lip on the click plate?

Farstatjej90
Can you post the picture without the drawing on it?🤔

Footplate not nice!

  • Close-up of black metal roof flashing with visible water droplets and overlapping edges.
The wattle plate seems to pass by drizzle boards by 6cm, it doesn't just seem.

  • Roof gutter and flashing extend past the roof edge on a red wooden house with surrounding trees in the background.
  • A close-up of a black metal roof edge, with water droplets, extending past the eaves board against a blurred background of trees.
Is there no metal roof under the water plate?
Is it a jerry-built structure?

Is there no sheet metal roof under the cover plate?
Is it a shortcut construction?
But there should be an upturn in the flat sheet metal under the bargeboard metal?

Looks weird. But the läpp seems to be hanging in the air.

Me too.
Laid plannjas this summer.
It seems to be there (see image).
But why the other sheet metal?

  • Close-up of a metal roof with rain droplets and a red circle highlighting an overlapping section of two different metal sheets.
  • A black metal sheet with a folded edge, possibly used for roofing or construction purposes.
I will tear everything down and contact a professional metalworker.
