MDF larger than 2440

Hello,
Is there any wise person who knows where to find MDF boards larger than 2440? I would need about 2600x700 for a cover side in a suitable thickness but I am striking out at my usual places.
As a bonus question, what is a suitable thickness?

Thanks for the tip, but more tips are welcome. My extra 16cm would cost an additional 2300 SEK (!)

But what is supposed to be done? MDF can be joined quite well and made relatively invisible, but as mentioned, it depends on what is intended? If it cannot be post-processed at all, it might be difficult.
