Materials in interior walls

Hi, does anyone know what Material I have in my inner walls in my house from the 70s? The boards are brown and much firmer and "chalkier" than plaster. Regards, buggaren

When you said "mjöligare" I thought of tretex board but that's usually not used in interior walls so I'm guessing it's building board.

Thanks for the tips. The board is "brownish" and you can sort of "tear" it off in pieces. It's difficult to get whole sheets off. The board is relatively "solid," for example, it's much easier to screw things like hooks into this board compared to plasterboard.

What I'm pondering is whether there might be any hazardous substances in this type of boards? I'm very sensitive to masonite, for example. When I was young, I had one in the room with my train set, and no one could understand why I got sick until the board was removed. Now I'm having some issues in the house we've moved to and wondering if it could be this... even though the boards, as I said, are not masonite as it appears today.

Sounds just like tretex. What could be dangerous in it, I don't know.
