Material for playhouse door.

I was just planning to put together a simple door out of raw boards but now a star-shaped window in the door is being requested... some form of plywood maybe? Ideas?

I have used tracked plywood on both sides with a 28x70 in between to make room for the lock case, etc.

since I received the same requirement for the door, I simply bought a regular wooden board (glued planks, available in various dimensions) and started with the router. It turned out really well, maybe a bit thin for a door but sturdy and perfectly adequate for a playhouse.
