Hello!
How do I make the miter cut on bargeboards with a roof that has an 18-degree pitch? I can't figure this out and am thinking of calculating it to make it neat and even.
Thankful for a response.

I usually hang them temporarily and use a level on the first one, then use it as a template for the second one, that way it always turns out well.

Could try that! I've tested different degrees without success. Will try with the vattenpass.

Then you trim the bottom when you are satisfied with the miter.

If the roof is 18 degrees and you want to miter in the vertical, then that is also 18 degrees.
