Lower ceiling CC distance sparse

Hi!

I am planning to lower the ceiling in my bedroom. The ceiling is made of concrete. I plan to lower it with two layers of 28x70. Now my question is, is cc1200 sufficient for the first battens that will be attached to the concrete? Then cc300 for the battens that are screwed into the first layer of battens?
