I have acquired a concrete slab that I will use as a countertop/sink.

I am looking for an adhesive that withstands high temperatures. I have googled a bit but only find American brands.

Can anyone suggest where I can buy this?

Thank you in advance!

  • Stacked cement boards, labeled and priced, displayed in a hardware store setting with some dust visible on the surface.
What are you going to glue?

Like this picture. But instead of wood/worktop, I will make a new one with a cement board.

  • Wooden countertop with circular cutout, metal framework, gloves, and tools on sawhorses, outdoor construction setting.
Why not good old PL400?
Works on most things.

Because the board will have 2 burners that will blast heat. They need to withstand about 250 g

Okay, if I understand correctly, the board should be attached to the base cabinets, right?

Is it really glue? Looks like just sealing agent.

Wonder that too

No, the board should be a separate countertop with 2 burners in it. And I will glue it together before screwing it down but then I need glue that withstands 300°C since it is in close contact with fire.

JB Weld can withstand just over 300g expensive though.

was considering it but it seems to be only available as an order item in the store.

Available on Amazon.

Don't understand where it should be glued.
Does the concrete withstand 300 degrees?
A little bit away from the burners, it's probably not 300 degrees.
Wood should not get warmer than 90 degrees.
