I have a property that used to be an old gas station. The outer walls are built with 20 cm concrete hollow blocks and the inner foundation walls with 20 cm concrete blocks. The outer wall of the front facade has four steel pipe columns drawn. The second one from the left on the drawing is missing and has probably never existed.
I am considering moving the restroom to the room labeled “Förråd” on the other side of the wall and removing the walls marked in yellow on the picture to make the store section larger. Is there any risk that those walls have a load-bearing function?
