Consider becoming the owner of this single-story house, which is currently two semi-detached houses. I'm thinking about knocking down some walls or moving them, but which ones might be load-bearing?

If someone is carrying, it should primarily be the one who goes between the kitchen/living room and bedroom 2/bath.

However, I would contact the house manufacturer to ensure the strength of the roof trusses.

Thank you.
Then there should be no problem removing parts of the wall that separates the bedrooms in both semi-detached houses. I'll try to find out who the house manufacturer is.

The "apartment-separating" wall likely has a stabilizing function today. That is, it resists the wind on the long sides when it blows. Not certain, but if that is the case, then you might need to reinforce somewhere else if you tear down that wall. For example, place a wind brace in the wall between the bathrooms. However, it completely depends on how it is constructed.
