I'm wondering if the interior wall between the two 12.5 sqm bedrooms is load-bearing? It can't be, can it? See the attached images of the drawing.

It is said to be load-bearing. But just following such drawings is pointless.
 
Doesn't picture two and three suggest that it is not load-bearing? Picture two shows an unfinished upper floor and picture three shows it from the side.
 
I think the exact opposite of Huggan. It would be interesting to know why he thinks it would be load-bearing, and what type of drawing one should see it on.

My very amateur assessment is that the only thing that wall could possibly support is the roof trusses. And if that were the case, it would be drawn as support on the drawing showing the roof truss. Therefore, I would have no problem taking down that wall.
 
The drawings are not construction drawings so they are not very useful. Following a sectional drawing where you don't even know where the cross-section is won't work well.

What is the span for the roof trusses?
 
The house is part of a row of townhouses from the mid-70s.
