Hello
Can anyone determine if the red-marked wall on the drawing is load-bearing? It's a brick house from the 50s, 3rd floor of 3. In the photograph, it's the green-painted wall that is to be removed!

Best regards, Axel

  • Blueprint of a 1950s brick building, third floor; a red-marked wall is highlighted, indicating inquiry about its load-bearing role.
  • Green painted wall in a 1950s brick apartment, potentially non-load-bearing, marked for removal. Hallway with wooden floor and red walls. Ceiling lamp fixture.
Without knowing, I still know that it is not load-bearing. The outer walls and the inner wall that runs parallel to them are, however, load-bearing.
