we have built a hall with PIR sandwich elements in both the roof and walls. The connections between the roof/walls are sealed with foam and are tight.
When the weather changes from cold to thaw, water droplets form in virtually all the joints between the elements in the ceiling and eventually drip in many places. Even outside the hall in the eaves, it drips from the eaves.
The roof sheet looks tight from the top, so it's hard to believe that water would penetrate between the sheets. I suspect it might be condensation but I'm not entirely sure.
Is there anyone here who has encountered the same problem and managed to solve it? Very grateful for any input.
