Is PL400 no longer as toxic? It used to be even banned for use at work, right? Now it seems less dangerous than PL600? Look here: https://www.illbruck.com/sv_SE/produkter/illbruck-innovationer/valj-ratt-monteringslim/ Under "Environment & Health" it gets the highest score?
I am going to glue a pine floor where it can't be screwed on about 1 sqm and I have children who will probably be nearby and also sleep not far from there afterwards. Is it dangerous? Should it be avoided? Or is it no longer dangerous?
I've read that wood glue is often proven to be carcinogenic - is PL400 that too?
Kind regards,

Doesn't answer your question but why would a substance you don't even come into contact with be harmful?MrZero said:Is PL400 no longer as toxic? Wasn't it even banned for use at work before? Possibly radioactivity can penetrate, neither poison nor asbestos.
As long as you use the glue for the purposes it is intended for and use it according to the instructions, you don't need to worry.
If the glue were truly dangerous, it wouldn't be allowed to be sold.

PL400 is completely harmless. In my previous life as a Carpenter, we used it almost daily ... so far (25 years ago) I have no damage from it ... as far as I know
Use plastic gloves if you're worried, excellent for gluing a pine floor with.
