What did you agree on?

Replacing the moldings or using the old moldings?

What has been done to the walls, removed wallpaper or painted over wallpaper, and what did you agree on?

It could be something like microlit that you see on the wall under the paint, but I think there's a lack of information to be able to complain. The hours you asked about might be accurate, but the quality of the work should be judged based on what you ordered.

I can probably agree that it looks a bit dull, but then again, it depends on what you ordered.

Here's an image from a longer distance, the long strip has now come loose, it was glued.

  • A skirting board has detached from the wall, visible from a distance, showing a gap where it was once glued.
Plastered and painted over wallpaper and used fiber fabric for walls, the moldings were new but they have put on new ones again because they were damaged after they hammered them in. I agree that it's hard to say the number of hours. Thank you for all the answers :-)

But this is not the same place as your first picture.

Here it looks like new moldings that are poorly mounted... seems to be a mix of old and new.

May I ask if it's a "jack of all trades" company that did everything or are there different craftsmen for each thing? Incredibly dull molding installation. But if the moldings are not to be painted after installation, it almost always looks dull, I think.

It's the same place, but they have changed the list.

I think it sounds quite reasonable. It might have been done faster, but for all the work you've had done, a labor cost of 34' doesn't feel unreasonable, does it?

The same craftsman has done the job as a jack of all trades company,

So the craftsman has been there today and replaced the moldings?

No not today, the last picture is the moldings that were put there the second time and they look nicer :-)

Could be true, there are quite a few different jobs that have been done,

...What's funny about the door trim?...
What I meant (funny might be the wrong word) is that it looks like the door trim ends 3-4 mm above the floor surface.
And then the baseboard has been set so it aligns with the trim.

I guess the original floor was a bit thicker than the newly laid one.
