Since we bought our house last year, I've gotten so much good help from reading here, but today I'm coming with a real beginner's question.

The house has wooden walls, but during the renovation, we put up renovation plasterboard (6mm) on several of them. Our assumption was that even after that, it would be possible to put things up on the walls without anchors, but after asking at several hardware stores, I've received completely different advice. So my question is: Do we need plasterboard anchors or not?

When I searched the forum, I saw a similar question, but that person had a different substrate, so I didn't dare to assume the same applies to us.

If you have wood, plywood, OSB, or similar behind the drywall, you can just screw in with wood screws without a plug.

... and if you don't have that, then studying is the way to go.
