Hello

I've heard many different opinions on the order of construction.

We have a new upper floor that is insulated and has chipboard flooring. Now to the question :).
Should you first drywall the ceiling and then build the interior walls
or
should you build the interior walls and then install drywall on the ceiling

(the electrical wiring for ceiling lights is already installed)

Thanks in advance

I was recommended to plaster the entire ceiling first and then frame the interior walls. I chose not to do so because it was necessary to prepare with electricity, spacing, etc. Therefore, I framed the walls first. The electrician ran electrical for wall outlets, ceiling, TV, etc. It probably takes a bit longer to install the ceiling plaster afterward, but the risk of things going wrong is smaller.

The most common approach is to install gypsum on the ceiling first and then on the walls.
It's easiest to fix all the electrical work before installing the gypsum.

Install plasterboard on the ceiling, the entire ceiling, and then frame the partition walls (on the finished ceiling)?

:S

The roof first. It's clearly easier to use the sheet lift without obstacles in the way.
