Hello!
I have questions about the installation layer in both the wall and ceiling.
Should I insulate the installation space (maybe it's standard to do so?) and I'm wondering about the order in which to do the insulation and the electrical wiring.
I was almost thinking of calling the electrician to start, but then I wondered if maybe I need to insulate first? What's easier?

Okay, so it's easiest to run the electricity directly then.
Since I have a sloped ceiling, I'm thinking of an unusual solution for the ceiling, placing 45x45 across the roof trusses and 45mm insulation to cover the trusses, maybe reducing the risk of thermal bridges. Then 34x70.. I think it will be good, it feels flimsy to only have insulation between the sections in the ceiling.
For the wall, I'll do as you wrote, 45x45 and insulation.
