Important with pressure testing?

Is it important to perform pressure testing when building new? We have a turnkey contract and I believe there is no pressure testing included.

I had looked once they finished wrapping, if it looked bad I would have ordered a test print.

I would have looked when they finished plastic wrapping, if it looks bad I would have ordered a pressure test.

Plastic wrapping finished? The outer walls come ready in blocks.

And what does the construction look like on these blocks?

No idea, I don't know anything about construction. I'll probably do a pressure test just to be safe.

You still have plastic sheeting/taping between the blocks and in the ceiling, plus penetrations for ventilation etc. Additionally, at least for us, it was a point in the technical consultation.
