How would you solve this threshold?

Had a look at Adjufix but they don't seem to be adjustable in height? So what is the plan for existing holes that are 5-8 mm too high?

I would probably have planed down that threshold properly, so it became maybe 10 mm lower.
This makes it easier to get over, both for the cleaning robot and old people with walkers.

Thresholds are an invention of the devil
