Due to potholes/damage in the concrete slab, the weatherstrip on the garage door does not seal tightly against the slab in one spot.

It needs to be repaired somehow. What should I use for that? I don't think the damage is deeper than 10mm at its worst.

Of course, it's in the wheel track where it's damaged, but it's not a garage where a car is driven in very often.

Is it some form of mortar/cement?
Or something I can buy in a tube and smear in?

Hand plaster and smooth out with a level and it will be good, example weber 4040 Ardex, just don't forget the primer and to clean well beforehand.

It is usually difficult to get it thin enough to attach and then withstand a car driving over...
Is sanding an option?
