I have a wall made of leca that has been plastered, but I have knocked off all the old plaster that was cracked and loose.
I am now thinking of casting a façade and "top" on the leca wall instead of plastering it again. I'm planning to cast about 40 mm on the front of the wall and 40 mm on top. We have cast stairs and patios around, so I want the wall to also look like it's fully cast in concrete. So the question is, reinforcement, is it needed?
There won't be any load, but of course, I don't want cracks...
Could fiber reinforcement be an alternative otherwise?
(it must not be visible, though)
