How do I place a strip of base felt under the sill? Should it be wide enough to also lie under the edge of the plasterboard? Or should I fold it up on the edges of the sill?
Not folding it up, does this apply to both the outside and inside of the sill? For the outside, I understand that rain might come in and gather like a pool, but inside, water can't gather there, right?
